Organically Done Cottonseed Meal 5 lb

Organically Done Cottonseed Meal is a multi-use fertilizer that can be beneficial in all types of gardens.

Cottonseed meal is great to use for acid-loving plants such as; azaleas, rhododendrons, and camellias. Lawns, vegetable gardens and rose bushes also benefit from using Cottonseed meal.

Cottonseed meal will slightly raise the pH of the soil it is used in allowing higher intake for iron and magnesium.

How to use:
Mulch cottonseed meal around plants with 2-3 inches of cottonseed meal.

Apply a 1 to 2-inch layer over the area to be seeded.
For poor conditioned soil use 8 to 10 lbs. per 100 sq. ft

For lawn care use cottonseed meal in the spring in the amount of 4-5lbs per 100 sq. ft.

In mid-summer re-apply at the rate of 3lbs per 100 sq. ft.

Prior to winter apply 3 to 4 lbs. per 100 sq. ft.
