10 Gallon Vermi T Bio-Cartridge

Comes with cartridges onlyThe Vermi T Bio-Cartridge holds a plethora of bio diversity that isn't found in any other tea on the market. The coco woven husk that packages the dry ingredients mimics the root structure of a plant with its fibrous strands. A balanced and unparalleled mixture of thermophilic compost earthworm castings and Alaskan humus make up the majority of the volume within the cartridge.The mixture is fortified with fossilized kelp and inoculated with endo and ecto mycorrhizae. Also in the cartridge are six proprietary ingredients included as food sources that are all specific to within one tenth of a gram. The bottle of Awake found in the package with the bio-cartridge is poured into the cartridge and activates the culture of biology. When at least 24 hours have passed the cartridge is ready to brew.Once placed into the basket of the 5/10 Vermi T Extractor the bottle of Frenzy is emptied into the reservoir. The Frenzy is the final food source for the organisms. Utilizing a specific layer of the redwood bark and using a proprietary method to grind the material into 6 different size/shaped particles of medium, Vermicrop has created a structure made with the sole purpose to grow plants. By adding the fiber of a Kapok fruit Vermicrop was able to add additional buoyancy, resilience, and drainage. This fiber is made of mostly Lignin which is generally associated with reduced digestibility of the overall plant biomass, which helps defend against pathogens and pests. A perfect air to water ratio, pH'd and buffered for optimal nutrient uptake CocoNot is free of excess salts and is providing amazing results for growers.
Don't get left in the coir! CocoNot does not need to be rinsed but should be fed water only for the first 5-10 days. Keep in mind that this material dries quickly and should be watered regularly, if more water retention is desired add VermiBlend.
