The Can Filters Group Inc. has added thermostatically controlled fans in sizes 4 HO and 6 HO, 240 volt 60 hz. The new thermostatic fan is controlled by setting the dial to the desired temperature. The fan has an integrated sensor inside, sensing the temperature of the airflow every 1.5 minutes. When the airflow temperature is warmer than the dial setting, the fan will automatically speed up. If the air flow is cooler then the set point, the fan will automatically slow down.
This Thermostatic fan will maintain air flow at the low speed until higher speed is required.
No remote sensors no problem!

The CT-DH-1 is designed to turn "On" exhaust and/or intake fans to remove excess or unwanted heat and humidity. Set your desired temperature and humidity using the dials. Internal sensors will allow a 7F temperature comfort zone (3F with an external coil or remote bulb) and a 5% humidity span (differential) between the time the fans activate for cooling or dehumidifying and then turn "Off" again. Plug-in and control circulation fans, exhaust fans, cooling systems, or dehumidifiers. The outlets on the CT-DH-1 are integrated, so that when either the temperature or humidity settings are exceeded, all four will activate, turning "On" equipment plugged into any of the four outlets.

The CT-DH-1 operates on 120 Volt AC with 15 Amp maximum switching capacity and is intended for indoor use only. Be sure to locate your atmospheric controller where it will accurately sample and respond to the average air conditions. Good air circulation around the controller and in your garden space is essential. Avoid locating the controller in a draft or in direct sunlight.

The CT-DH-2 is also designed to turn "On" cooling and dehumidifying equipment to remove excess heat and humidity. However, the CT-DH-2 offers you independent outlets for heating or cooling. The left outlets activate when temperature exceeds your set point. The right outlets activate when humidity exceed your set point. Set your desired temperature and humidity using the dials. Internal sensors will allow a 7F temperature comfort zone (3F with an external coil or remote bulb) and a 5% humidity span (differential) between the time the fans activate for cooling or dehumidifying and then turn "Off" again.

While the CT-DH-3 has many applications, it was primarily developed for use with CO2 equipment and exhaust/ventilation fans. The left side (or equipment) outlets of the controller are normally "ON" until defeated when the right side outlets are activated. Internal sensors will allow for 7F temperature zone and a 5% humidity differential between the time that the fans come "ON" and then turn "OFF" again. When temperature or humidity rises above your dial set points, the right outlets will activate and the left outlets will deactivate. The right side outlets will remain "ON" until the temperature drops 7 and/or the humidity drops 5% below your set points. At which time, the right outlets will shut "OFF" and reactivate the left outlets.

The CT-DH-3 operates on 120 Volt AC with 15 Amp maximum switching capacity and is intended for indoor use only. Be sure to locate your atmospheric controller where it will accurately sample and respond to the average air conditions. The CT-DH-4 and 4P are designed to be used with CO2 equipment, dehumidifiers, and exhaust fans. While it is similar to the CT-DH-3 it has the added feature of independent outlets for temperature and humidity control. It is ideally suited for use with dehumidifiers. Temperature above your set point will activate the right hand outlets and deactivate the bottom left "CO2" outlet. Humidity will activate the top left "Dehumidify" outlet. Internal sensors will allow a 7 temperature comfort zone and a 5% humidity (differential) between the time the equipment comes "On" and goes back "Off" again. Set the temperature and humidity to the desired settings. The CO2 outlet is normally in the "On" position and is able to activate CO2 equipment as needed. An optional photosensor will defeat CO2 enrichment during darkness hours. Intended for indoor use only. The CT-DH-4 operates on 120 Volts AC with 15 Amp max switching capacity.

The CT-DH-3P is installed for cooling and dehumidifying control (operates on 120 Volt AC with 15 Amp maximum switching capacity and is intended for indoor use only. This unit may be used independently or with many other Green Air Products controls to create an integrated system. When the temperature or humidity raise above the predetermined setting, the CT-DH-3P initiates a venting cycle and CO2 generation is momentarily halted. The Cyclestat is used to time the frequency and duration of the CO2 production. In the event of an exhaust cycle the Cyclestat will reset and immediately replenish CO2 enrichment upon completion of the exhaust function. The CT-DH-3P has a built in photo sensor that prevents CO2 operation during darkness periods. The CO2 generator or emitter system are plugged into the Cyclestat and the Cyclestat is plugged into the left outlets of the CT-DH-3P. The fan is plugged into the right side.

The Cyclestat 4P repeat cycle timer has solved the age old problem of accurate short cycle timing. Perfect for plant zone environments, reptile habitats or any other application requiring automatic short cycle switching. No programming required. Easy to set and operate. Microprocessor time counter with adjustable frequency and duration. The Cyclestat 4P timer has many uses. Only a few of them include: fogging or misting, spray stakes or drip system timing, air pumps, CO2 equipment and intake or exhaust fan control. The Cyclestat may be set for interval and cycle of timed events. Interval is the time between the "On" and "Off" cycles. The interval knob may be set from 5 minutes to 8 hours. Set this for desired time between functions. Cycle is the length of time that a specific function or condition must be maintained. Cycle may be set from 5 seconds to 30 minutes.

Automatic reset feature allows function synchronizing with other system controls. Turn the switch off and on again for manual operation. The Cyclestat 4P has a built-in photosensor to defeat timing during darkness hours. Photosensor may be switched in or out as desired. Operates on 115 volts AC with 15 amp switching capacity. The Cyclestat 4P utilizes a duplex piggy-back power cord which provides a combination plug and receptacle design. Insert plug into 115V wall outlet and plug equipment into piggy back receptacle.

The Ice Box is a safe and effective way to water-cool the air leaving your reflectors without adding a/c or more fans. . It uses an air-to-water heat exchanger to water cool the hot air your reflectors produce. Water-cooling is much more effective and efficient than air-cooling, and here's some science to prove it: Water has a thermal conductivity of 0.6 W/ (m*K) which is much higher than the thermal conductivity of air which is only 0.03 W/(m*K). Water also has a much higher specific heat capacity than air. What that means is water can absorb and remove from your garden 4 times the heat nearly 20 times faster than air! We aren't just talking about air cooling your reflectors, this goes for your air conditioning system too. Once heat is released in to your room the ability to efficiently remove that heat is lost. Air is only cooled with electricity whereas water can be cooled in dozens of ways with little or no energy. Furthermore, only 30% of the energy used in air conditioning is converted into usable cooling power, the rest is wasted.
